Cosmetic and Makeup Products
Due to the nature of product, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetic or makeup products. We only accept returns on un-opened products. There are no exceptions. All cosmetic and makeup products have a 15 day return policy from the date of the sales receipt. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us to complete a refund request form so we can provide your approved refund # and the necessary documents needed to accompany the return package (your return package should also include a photocopy of your original invoice and the item you would like to return).
Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.
To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via Postal Service, insured Parcel Post or courier service. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning an item as a result of our error or due to damage or a defect, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. You will be notified of your refund status via email.
Non-Cosmetic and Non-Makeup Products
On unused non-cosmetic and non-makeup products, we have a 30 day return policy from the date of the sales receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all return shipments and unused products that are confirmed to be in saleable condition. We only offer product replacement on your return or credit only. There are no exceptions. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us to complete a refund request form so we can provide your approved refund # and the necessary documents needed to accompany the return package (your return package should also include a photocopy of your original invoice and the item you would like to return).
